TI CEO Podcast · episode 41
Tourismus Interaktiv is repositioning itself
1-minute summary
Christoph Standl talks in this episode about how he wants to reposition Tourismus Interaktiv for the coming years. He explains that the company should eventually serve more than a thousand, and in the long term even ten thousand, customers, stressing that this requires not simply more sales but above all quality. He notes that important groundwork was already laid in the twelfth business year, including reorganised processes, the TI Company Brain, and increased use of artificial intelligence and AI agents, from which the new TI Agent Services business field is emerging. Standl emphasises his ambition to achieve world-class standards in certain areas, stating that growth without quality does not interest him. He also discusses the planned financial restructuring, including a stronger equity base, an expanded shareholder network of up to a hundred people, and long-term structured debt to secure the company's future development.
Description
After twelve years of Tourismus Interaktiv, the next phase of development begins for us.
In this episode, I talk about how we want to reposition our company for the coming years. Our next big goal is to organize Tourismus Interaktiv in a way that allows us to serve more than 1,000 customers – with scalable products, automated processes, AI agents, and a strong network of employees, partners, and shareholders.
But this isn't just about growth for me. Our ambition is quality – and in certain areas, world class. Because if we succeed in building products and a company at a world-class level, then in the long run, maybe even 10,000 customers could become possible.
To achieve this, we are also repositioning the capital side: with a stronger equity base, a shareholder circle of up to 100 shareholders in the long term, and more long-term oriented debt financing.
In this episode, I also explain what role the planned 20,000 of a total of 100,000 common shares will play in this next phase, and why a good shareholder circle means far more to me than just capital.
Further information as well as the planned share packages and investment opportunities can be found in our investor portal.
Twelve years of experience should now become the foundation for the years ahead.
Not just getting bigger. But better.
And remember: big changes often begin with small daily steps.
