Privacy policy

1. Controller

The controller for data processing on invest.tourismus-interaktiv.com and portal.tourismus-interaktiv.com is Tourismus Interaktiv AG, Kaiserbergstraße 27, 6330 Kufstein, Austria, info@tourismus-interaktiv.com.

2. Access data and audience measurement (no cookies)

When you visit our public pages we record technical access data (page, language, device type, browser, referring page and, where present, a campaign tag in the link) without cookies. Your IP address is not stored; it is only used as a daily-changing, non-reversible hash to distinguish visitors within one day. We also record individual usage events such as playing a podcast episode or opening the registration form. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring reach and improving the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Raw data is deleted after 400 days. No third-party analytics services are used.

3. Registration and investor account

When you create an account we process your name, e-mail address, chosen language, details of the person or company and – if you reserve the first share – postal address and country. The purpose is to support you as a prospective or actual shareholder, to process the participation and to keep the share register (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, § 61 Austrian Stock Corporation Act). After login a technically necessary session cookie is set. Within the portal we log which sections you open and which actions you take (e.g. document opened) in order to provide support and improve the service. Data is kept for the duration of the participation or interest and afterwards in line with statutory retention periods.

4. E-mails and messages

We send you e-mails about your access, your participation and – in the first weeks after activation – notes on new portal features. Each of these series e-mails contains an unsubscribe link; e-mails about your access and participation are not affected. E-mails are sent via Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.). Links in our e-mails may carry a campaign tag that lets us measure the effect of individual e-mails.

5. Push notifications (web app)

If you turn on notifications in the web app, your browser transmits a delivery address to the push service of the browser vendor (Apple, Google or Mozilla). We store this address linked to your account and use it solely for the messages you requested (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can switch notifications off at any time in the app or in your device settings; the address is then deleted.

6. CEO podcast

The audio files of the podcast and its summaries are served from our own server. If you open or subscribe to the podcast on Spotify, Spotify AB's privacy policy applies. The summaries in additional languages are produced with the help of AI speech synthesis.

7. Hosting and processors

The website and portal are operated on servers within the European Union. Processors within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR are our hosting provider and Microsoft (e-mail delivery). Fonts are loaded locally from our server; no connection to Google Fonts or similar services is made.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Please contact info@tourismus-interaktiv.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at).

9. Changes

We update this policy when our service or the legal situation changes. The current version is always available at invest.tourismus-interaktiv.com/datenschutz.
