The right people make the difference

In the second episode of my theme week "What really matters", it's about people who accompany us, support us, and believe in us even when things get difficult.

Twelve years of Tourismus Interaktiv have shown me one thing in particular: success rarely happens alone.

I talk about my family, our team, and especially about Nadine, with whom I have experienced many challenges and successes together. But also about our customers, shareholders, investors, and partners who have given us their trust over the years.

Especially in difficult times, it becomes clear who you can really rely on. Who stays when problems arise? Who continues to believe in a shared vision, even when economic success is not yet visible in the numbers?

And one thing is especially important to me: when our years of work increasingly pay off economically, I don't want to forget those who supported us when we truly needed that help.

My most important insight: you should never forget who believed in you when others had long since given up.

Because for me, success doesn't just mean building something together, but also valuing the people who made this journey possible.

And remember: big changes often begin with small daily steps.
