Why I keep going

Twelve years of Tourismus Interaktiv. Twelve years full of successes, challenges, difficult decisions and sometimes real struggles.

In this episode I start my new themed week "What really matters" with a very personal question: Why do I actually keep going?

I talk about the difficult Corona period, about people who no longer believed in our path, about criticism of our company's development, and about why I am convinced that long-term success needs not only sales and revenue, but also capital, further development and perseverance.

But above all, this is about something that makes me incredibly happy right now.

After half a year to nine months of intensive preparation, we have been using our own TI Agent Services within the company for about two weeks now. And I can feel how artificial intelligence is changing our everyday work.

Offers, invoices, documents and presentations – many things that used to be tedious are suddenly becoming easier, faster and better. And the best part: it's not just me who is enjoying the work again. I can also feel the enthusiasm among our employees.

My most important realization: AI can not only change how fast we work, but also how much we enjoy working.

It is exactly this new joy that I want to make possible for our customers in the future as well.

And after twelve years, I know today more than ever: it is worth holding on to your vision, staying open to change, and investing your own energy in people who want to build something together.

And remember: big changes often start with small daily steps.
