TI CEO Podcast · episode 36
The portal is open
1-minute summary
Christoph Standl talks in this episode about the new investor portal of Tourismus Interaktiv, which he presents as part of the so-called Company Brain. He explains that over many years a company builds up a huge amount of knowledge - about products, customers, projects, finances and workflows - and that the idea behind the Company Brain is to organize this knowledge centrally and make it easily accessible to the right people. The investor portal, he says, is a modern web application usable via browser and mobile, which also provides updates on news. More important to him than the technology is the underlying idea: anyone interested in the company should be able to form their own picture of it, following the principle of real status instead of polished appearances. The portal is already live and is being continuously expanded. He stresses that it is part of a larger system that also offers tailored digital access for customers, suppliers, partners, employees and the tax advisor. Finally, he announces that upcoming episodes will go deeper into the company's development, equity and growth capital, and invites listeners to register for the portal free of charge.
Description
At Tourismus Interaktiv, we have been working intensively on our Company Brain over the past months. A concrete part of this is our new investor portal, which is now open.
In this episode, I explain what's behind this idea: organizing knowledge centrally, making information accessible in a targeted way, and giving people the opportunity to form their own picture of Tourismus Interaktiv.
My principle here: real status instead of glossy presentation.
The investor portal is just one part of the Company Brain. Following the same principle, there are already digital access points for customers, suppliers, partners, employees, and other stakeholders.
Anyone interested in Tourismus Interaktiv can register for free for the investor portal and find out more there.
In the next episodes, we'll look at how we built Tourismus Interaktiv over twelve years, what role equity capital plays today, and why growth eventually also needs growth capital.
